Must-have for any doc as soon as you can cast it, PvP or PvM. Causes your opponent's nano casting and attack speeds to drop substantially, reducing the amount of healing necessary for your team and the damage dealt by the mob. Rollable in normal RK missions (you can use Clicksaver to find it)
