Just upload your character's Prefs.xml located in your Anarchy Online\Prefs\AccountName\Char########## folder
OR AOxPort XML and see. (AOxPort is the easiest method however.)

Don't worry, no information is stored on the server, the uploaded file is automatically deleted right after it's used.
